Your highest values

goals

The end of the calendar year is a great time  to reflect on our highest values.
Identifying what is most important to you can help clarify your purpose and align your goals to support your greatest dreams and desires.
This is why is specific time is better than any other to set our goals anew for the coming year.
You can start right now with pen and paper — or even this very moment at your computer.
Capture your thoughts—as fast as you can—about the things you value most in your life. Writing fast helps you outrun the editor function of the conscious mind that would otherwise censor your creativity.
Let your imagination go freewheeling. Be creative, and release any concerns about getting it perfect. Be playful. When you relax, play, and explore, your priorities will emerge for you.
When you’re done, pick the five things from your list that are most important to you. Recognize what gives you pleasure, contributes to your sense of excellence, and aligns with your true self.
Take additional time before the year ends to craft specific goals that match these values. Clearly defining your goals gives you greater opportunity to fulfill them.
Write in THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK the five things most important that will empower your life next year, then keep it in your wallet during 2014, see that magic will come to you.

Legacy

I participated in a convention of #Thinkwomen Microsoft and one of the main speakers talked about the importance of leaving a Legacy, a woman legacy, women that achieved things in the workforce and in life, to become role models for other women, girls, coworkers, friends and more.

We are being called to continue our work as women of the 21st century, that achieved and succeed in life, to mentor the next generation to improve themselves, to learn and seek the right solutions for them and their families, to admire and embrace each one of us and most of all to accept who we are and what we want.

mentor

After many years of seeking,  studding, searching, asking and trying I can say positively, when you know what you want, when you are true to yourself and get focus in your mission you are unstoppable!

My legacy to you THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK, use it,

write it, read it, allow yourself to believe all what is written on it and as magic you will receive it.

Your Thoughts and Writing

Your thoughts have a lot more substance than you might think.

Researchers found that when people wrote down their thoughts on a piece of paper and then threw the paper away, they mentally discarded the thoughts as well. But those who tucked the paper into their pocket were more likely to use them when later making judgments.
toughts
The findings suggest that people can treat their thoughts as material, as energy.

“However you tag your thoughts—as trash or as worthy of protection—seems to make a difference in how you use those thoughts.”

In one experiment high school students wrote about what they liked or disliked about their bodies. Half of the participants were told to contemplate their thoughts and then check them for grammar or spelling mistakes. The other half were told to contemplate their thoughts and then throw the paper away in a trash can.
Those who physically hung onto their thoughts were more likely to use them in forming judgments later when asked to rate their bodies on various scales (bad-good, unattractive-attractive, like-dislike).

A similar experiment found that people were even more likely to rely on their thoughts when they placed them in a safe place like their pocket.

This suggests you can magnify your thoughts, and make them more important to you, by keeping them with you in your wallet or purse.

That’s not surprising. When you write something down—whether it’s a thought, intention, or goal—you put your energy into it. It’s like writing a contract to yourself. It is like sending a message to the universe, telling it exactly what you want.

Committing your goals and intentions to paper is a key aspect so try it on THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK and you will know how effective this simple act is in achieving successful outcomes.

What Motivates Us To Act

There is only one way under high heaven to get anybody to do anything. And that is by making the other person want to do it. ” — Dale Carnegie

By looking into each of these phrases try to find goals, dreams or contracts for yourself to achieve, writing down your goals is a key factor in being motivated and getting what you want out of life.  Writing down what you want out of life helps you crystallize it in your mind, and give you something concrete to be focus on.

Our Reality

We perceive our reality as “the right one” or “the only one”, even though we feel trap or stuck in our thoughts, we do not accept other’s reality or vision of the world.

Doesn’t really matter if relatives or friends or even therapists try to help us see things differently, if we are not ready to do so, it will not happen.

Every cell in our body will deny any type of help or advice, that is why I thought about THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK, no pressure whatsoever, you just decide what  do you want to change in your reality by focusing on new ideas, new contracts, new pursuits, new goals and by keep reading the NLP phrases at the back, you will keep in motion while attracting those things you want to achieve.

To change our lives and relationships, heal our bodies and bring peace to our families and nations requires a shift in the way we use our set of beliefs.

Nobody can help you change anything in your reality if it does not come from you, from your inner self.

Give it a chance and help yourself to be “keep in track” with what you love.

Grow Rich While You Sleep

Grow rich while you sleep by Ben Sweetland is a most unusual and thought provoking book.

Sleep-suggestion is a remarkably efficient way of directing suggestions to the subconscious during sleep. This method is described and explored in detail in this exceptional book.

“We first think in terms of success before we manifest success” is the first motto he wrote after learning the influence of mind over matter.

Whatever you want out of life, focus on the idea, visualize it before you go to sleep, relax using deep breathing and allow yourself to be free of any type of thinking, leave it to you subconcious (creative mind) while you sleep, continue doing this for many nights and without realizing how, it will show you the way to make it come to you. Be it money, influence, love, respect, or admiration—be it any or all of these—it will be yours in abounding measure.

THE MASTER OF YOUR SUCCESS IS YOUR CREATIVE MIND

A man is what his Creative Mind says he is.

When you sleep, your Creative Mind is highly receptive and the Conscious Mind cannot interfere. Send your Creative Mind a message before you go to sleep, and that message sinks in.

Here is a statement I cannot overemphasize! Make sure
you are not merely wishing for the change being considered. As
you have read in so many of my books, wishing is negative.
When you wish for something it is an indication that you do not
expect to get it— otherwise you would not have to wish for it.
The mental state being discussed in this chapter is that
of knowing you are a good businessman, you are a good writer,
you are a great musician— or anything else you may like to be.

YOUR MAGIC FORMULA
Grow Rich— in All Things— While You Sleep.
Five rules are given here for you to follow in gaining full and
satisfying cooperation from your Creative Mind.

  • 1. Before retiring, relax thoroughly— both mentally and physically.
  • 2. Think of your problem. Think it through— but do not fear it. If you were to give a job to another person, you would have to explain what you wanted done. This is true with your Creative Mind. You are about to give it a special assignment, so it is necessary that you have clearly in mind just what it is you desire from your Creative Mind. Do not fear it, because you will be turning it over to an intelligence far greater than the intelligence of your conscious mind.
  • 3. Gain a Success Attitude. If you have developed faith in your Creative Mind, it will be easy to have a success attitude. You will know that it is able, ready and willing to serve you.
  • 4. After you have gone this far, remove all thoughts of the problem from your conscious mind, knowing that the solution will be forthcoming at the right time.

The use of affirmations will accelerate the process to achieve what you want in life.

“I am at peace with myself and the world. Problems facing me
are no longer disturbing because I have made contact with my true
source of intelligence and power. I am guided to do the right thing
at the right time.”

Writing your goals – desires – contracts in THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK will add to this powerful tool your Creative Mind.
