It works!

One of my dreams or contracts with myself that I asked in my card that keeps me on track was to lose weight. I have been dealing with this issue for almost 20 years.

I always being into sports and love to entertain family and friends, but every year put on some weight. Year by year I decided to try to lose some of this weight but without any success. I keep a card in my wallet and of my resolutions was to get off some kilograms of my weight. All other issues that I write, always work fine with me but the weight issue was a difficult one and hard to complete.

Until one day I saw a picture like the one below and immediately decided that I will go for it. So I joined Sivan Ofiri and her team Helit and went into a class of “Simple lose weight with Sivan Ofiri”. At the beginning I thought no way I can get rid of gluten and sugar, but as the weeks go past I realized with her teachings that we get some much power to the food we eat, that we loose track when we are hungry and when we are full. Most of the classes were not dealing with food but with Consciousness.

At the end of 10 sessions I couldn’t believe myself … it worked!

So I am proud to say that it is really simple and I no longer give my power to eating disorders and sugar addictions.

My Special Agenda

I have being teaching financial education specially for women and youth.

I designed THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK to help women put in words what to they want to achieve in all aspects of life (this blog is the result of that), to attract those things to theirs lives, specially monetary aspects, so this tiny card with size of a credit card, goes with them at all times, in their wallet!

This last September, I designed an special agenda (at the moment only in hebrew), that resumes all my beliefs and enfatize how to manage yourself better day by day, month by month, to help you achive and attract all yours goals.

It is all in your Mind – 态度

Mind Power is directing your thoughts toward a desired outcome. Put simply, what you focus on you attract. Focus on success and you attract success. Focus on fear and failure and you attract failure. Understanding these laws and making our thoughts work for us.

At some point in our lives we find ourselves stuck without the possibility to concentrate, to think clear thoughts and to see things bright. So this is the moment to

clean our energies.

An energy healing will clear any blockages you might have. You can also check for negative entities or emotional cords that may need to be cut. Don’t underestimate the power of these energy checkups, and they can impact your energy tremendously! You might find your mood swings, imbalanced emotions, or connections you can’t seem to get rid of are all fixed once your energy is realigned, and thus help you be at your best to protect your energy.

Simply say this command: “Repair energy field – now.” Then Enter that command to your Center. (Just notice your vertical center, moving your awareness from the base of the spine, quickly straight up and out the top of your head – as you say the command. That’s all you need to do.)

Do that again a couple of times. Say “Repair energy field – now.” Then Enter that command  to your Center for about 1 second.

Take a nice full breath, into your Center, and allow the energy to shift.

Use affirmations such as:

“I AM pure positive energy!

I AM loved by source!
I AM an eternal being of love and light!
I AM a magnet for pure positive energy!
I AM leaving behind negative experiences and energy right now!
Things ARE working out for me just right!
I AM protected by pure love and light!”

  • Now write down a list of your available funds
  • Do the math

The Mirror Exercise

The exercise is called The Mirror Exercise,  stand in front of a mirror by yourself.

For the first few seconds, just stand there and really look at yourself, deep in your eyes. Chances are you’ve never done this before, so it will probably feel very uncomfortable or awkward, and you may find yourself turning away from the mirror! Rest assured that this is normal, and simply direct your gaze back to your eyes and send yourself as much love and acceptance as you can. Really look at yourself and see what you look like to the outside world. Look at your eyes, your skin, your forehead, your nose, etc.

Say out loud to yourself “I love you” and then your full name. Do your best to just stick with any feelings that come up, whether positive or negative. They are just feelings and you can accept them and allow them to be.memo you said you would finish.

The idea is to acknowledge and appreciate yourself for things you achieved during the day, month or life. Again, aim for 5-10 things and remember you are saying these things out loud to yourself!

While continuing to look at yourself in the mirror, flow love and compassion towards yourself as best as you can. Now you want to find things that you love about yourself and acknowledge those qualities. For example, “I love that you have such pretty eyes.” “I love that you are such a loyal friend.” “I love how creative you are.” “I love how toned your arms are.” You can focus on things you love about yourself that are either physical characteristics or that have more to do with who you are as a person. The key is to find things about yourself that you can truly love and appreciate and acknowledge yourself for.

At 83, Louise Hay is a wise person and writer — a woman who’s lived an extraordinary life   that has inspired millions.  She used the mirror exercise and help herself to change her life and so of so many more.

 

The thought of doing the mirror exercise  can feel awkward or silly. It’s just not an easy thing to do. I tried it and feel embarrassed. Then I found myself focusing on the wrinkles around my eyes, the hair and the way my skin seemed to sag a bit at my throat. Difficult exercise but I sticked to it!.

After a while, practicing this exercise, an internal shift occurred. I started to develop a deeper, more loving relationship with myself.

It’s not unusual to feel silly, embarrassed, like crying, or just generally uncomfortable.  Hang in there.  It gets more fun the more often you do it—and you deserve it!

I would suggest to write in THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK the things that you love about yourself.

Love yourself

Louise Hay is a great author that wrote wonderful books about love.

She affirms that the best way to resolve health issues and any other issue in your life is by starting to Love yourself .

Self esteem is feeling good about your self. A person with high self worth is successful in any field. All of us have very high self esteem when we are young. However, as we grow up, we are bombarded with negativism.

The difference between low self esteem and high self esteem is the difference between misery and happiness, between failure and success, between tears and laughter. Your ability or inability to love yourself determines your station and status in life.

If you are unable to respect yourself, don’t expect others to do so. Greater self esteem is the key to a better life.

Notice that successful people in any walk of life have a very high self esteem. They think very highly about themselves.

Unsuccessful people generally have a very low self worth. It’s a simple rule. If you don’t love yourself, nobody will.

Repeating the following self esteem affirmations in front of a mirror, especially when looking into your own eyes, is a very good way of restoring your self esteem.

Remember, as you love yourself more and more, your self esteem will grow higher and higher. You have to love yourself first. Only then, will the world follow.

The Sleep

We spend many hours awake, talking, working, eating and thinking and hopefully doing things that we love, we are in a constant rush, dealing with obligations and chores, looking for ways to relax more and be more productive.
We avoid sleeping good, we take hours from our sleep to do things more efficiently, to simply do more.

The sleeping at night is the laps-us that rebuild us, that stop us and tranquilize us in a prodigious way to awake with new energies for the next day.

Why we avoid such a natural gift?

Our sanctuary is our room at night, a good sleep is where we can ease our minds, our desires, our love and build a better life.

It will be nice to design our night room with the right light, create a paradise with the perfect position of the bed and a good mattress so it will become the best remedy for our needs.
Your mornings will start much better after a good night sleep.

Before going to sleep try doing some focusing in what you really want, visualize for few minutes your perfect life, use the power of gratitude and you will be rewarded big time!

If you loose money you can get it back and past time cannot be given back.

You can occupy your time in the past, present or future.

When you occupy your time in the past you are working in accountability.

When you occupy your time in the present your are organizing your day.

When you occupy your time in the future you design strategies and plan new ideas and visions.
