It works!

One of my dreams or contracts with myself that I asked in my card that keeps me on track was to loose weight. I have been dealing with this issue for almost 20 years.

I always being into sports and love to entertain family and friends, but every year put on some weight. Year by year I decided to try to loose some of this weight but without any success. I keep a card in my wallet and of my resolutions was to get off some kilograms of my weight. All other issues that I write, always work fine with me but the weight issue was a difficult one and hard to complete.

Until one day I saw a picture like the one below and immediately decided that I will go for it. So I joined Sivan Ofiri and her team Helit and went into a class of “Simple loose weight with Sivan Ofiri”. At the beginning I thought no way I can get rid of gluten and sugar, but as the weeks go past I realized with her teachings that we get some much power to the food we eat, that we loose track when we are hungry and when we are full. Most of the classes were not dealing with food but with Consciousness.

At the end of 10 sessions I couldn’t believe myself … it worked!

So I am proud to say that it is really simple and I no longer give my power to eating disorders and sugar addictions.

” Where you feel most comfortable reflects your self-image, and most likely, your current status. If you want to become wealthier, begin by raising your self-image by upgrading the self-talk you use regarding money and finances. If all you do is chase more money, you are simply attacking the effect. The cause is how you think, and if you improve the cause, the effect will take care of itself.

Champions make decisions based on facts, not feelings. The world class also uses this understanding of truth and fact in their mental programming. The great ones know the conscious mind functions most effectively on fact, while the subconscious can be programmed with truth. Since the subconscious is unable to make the distinction between fact and truth, champions program their subconscious minds to believe their visions, dreams and ideas as truths. Because the subconscious doesn’t have the ability to reject an idea, it accepts it as truth and begins to create behaviors that are congruent with this new “truth.” The conscious mind knows this “truth” is not fact, and tension begins to build between the conscious and subconscious, creating cognitive dissonance. My Special Agenda

I have being teaching financial education specially for women and youth.

I designed THE CARD THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK to help women put in words what to they want to achieve in all aspects of life (this blog is the result of that), to attract those things to theirs lives, specially monetary aspects, so this tiny card with size of a credit card, goes with them at all times, in their wallet!

This last September, I designed an special agenda (at the moment only in hebrew), that resumes all my beliefs and enfatize how to manage yourself better day by day, month by month, to help you achive and attract all yours goals.

The secrets of the Subconscious

I took part in a workshop of Arian Lev who developed a method for re-programming the subconscious, the method that allows direct access to the depths of the subconscious and discovers the blocking factor that prevents the person from moving forward in their lives and living a life full of joy, freedom, light and fun.

I am a big fan of The Silva Method which uses the same techniques of lowering into the alpha waves of the brain and reprogramming the subconscious.

What I really liked about Arian’s method is that she went further in her discoveries, recognizing patterns of conditions that are imprint in our subconscious since our first cell of our being was produced until around 10 years old of childhood. Her method goes by allowing yourself to recognize which condition blocks you, go into alpha brain waves and the re programming the new condition which allows you to set free.

An example of a pattern condition is love = rejection and then trough the process, change the pattern condition to love = acceptance in our subconscious

French writer and Nobel Prize winner Anatole France once said, “To
accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only
plan, but also believe.”

Mind Power is directing your thoughts toward a desired outcome. Put simply, what you focus on you attract. Focus on success and you attract success. Focus on fear and failure and you attract failure. Understanding these laws and making our thoughts work for us.

At some point in our lives we find ourselves stuck without the possibility to concentrate, to think clear thoughts and to see things bright. So this is the moment to

clean our energies.

An energy healing will clear any blockages you might have. You can also check for negative entities or emotional cords that may need to be cut. Don’t underestimate the power of these energy checkups, and they can impact your energy tremendously! You might find your mood swings, imbalanced emotions, or connections you can’t seem to get rid of are all fixed once your energy is realigned, and thus help you be at your best to protect your energy.

Simply say this command: “Repair energy field – now.” Then Enter that command to your Center. (Just notice your vertical center, moving your awareness from the base of the spine, quickly straight up and out the top of your head – as you say the command. That’s all you need to do.)

Do that again a couple of times. Say “Repair energy field – now.” Then Enter that command  to your Center for about 1 second.

Take a nice full breath, into your Center, and allow the energy to shift.

Use affirmations such as:

“I AM pure positive energy!

I AM loved by source!
I AM an eternal being of love and light!
I AM a magnet for pure positive energy!
I AM leaving behind negative experiences and energy right now!
Things ARE working out for me just right!
I AM protected by pure love and light!”
